We’re thrilled to share some big news as we kick off the new year! Starting January 5th, CoDE Pod Hostels – The Court will temporarily close its doors for an exciting renovation. When we reopen in late February, we’ll have some amazing updates to share with you. Here’s what you can look forward to:
Our common area is getting a complete makeover, blending cozy comfort with a nod to Edinburgh’s rich history. This refreshed space will include John’s Coffee House, a brand-new addition inspired by the city’s past. Whether you’re catching up on emails or relaxing after a day out, this will be your new favorite hangout spot.
John’s Coffee House will bring together the best of a Cafe, bar, and restaurant, all on the ground floor. Whether you’re in the mood for a morning coffee, a delicious meal, or a relaxing evening drink, we’ve got you covered.
We’re introducing an all-new menu while keeping your favorites like our famous waffles and porridge. From breakfast through dinner, there will be plenty of tasty options to enjoy.
Our new cocktail menu takes inspiration from the theme of John’s Coffee House, bringing unique, historic-inspired creations to your evening plans. These drinks will be the perfect way to end your day.
We’re also transforming the top floor with brand-new luxury private rooms, each featuring a unique historic theme. These rooms will offer a touch of elegance and character, inspired by Edinburgh’s rich heritage.
